Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Diagnostic Imaging

We provide routine plain film radiological examinations. All reports are interpreted off-site by Travis Air Force Base radiologists through a tele-radiology program that averages 24 to 72 hours receipt of results unless the provider determines a more urgent response is needed.

While imaging services are limited, the Diagnostic Imaging technicians are registered and accredited by the American College of Radiology.
