The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Health Promotions

Health Promotion is the cornerstone to achieving the Air Force surgeon general’s vision that “Our supported population is the healthiest and highest performing segment of the U.S. by 2025.” The Health Promotion Coordinator and dietitian collaborate with medical and nonmedical stakeholders to facilitate positive health behaviors. They actively engage with the base Integrated Delivery System and Community Action Information Board to address population-based health initiatives that involve multiple functional communities. The Health Promotion Coordinator and dietitian are available for health promotion and education outreach activities.
