Physical Therapy

We offer comprehensive treatment and consultative services to patients who have been referred by their Patient Centered Medical Home team. It provides evaluation and treatment options for various musculoskeletal injuries and provides education to patients about their condition, appropriate exercises and therapeutic stretches that optimize healing.

Location: Take the ramp on your left as you enter the main entrance and pass the coffee shop. Physical Therapy will be on your left opposite to Immunizations.
